Request deletion
Email hello@snedhq.com from an address associated with the merchant. Include the store's permanent myshopify.com domain and say whether you want to disconnect Meta, access information, correct information, or delete store-scoped data.
We may ask for information needed to verify identity and authority over the store. Do not send passwords, access tokens, app secrets, or full customer records.
Disconnect Meta
Disconnecting stops future Meta synchronization. It does not automatically remove historical records needed for the merchant's installed Sned workspace.
- Open Sned in Shopify Admin.
- Open Connections and choose Disconnect Meta.
- To revoke provider-side access as well, remove Sned from the relevant Meta business integration settings.
Uninstall from Shopify
Uninstalling stops future Shopify access. Shopify separately sends mandatory privacy events to apps for verified customer-data requests, customer redaction, and shop redaction. For direct confirmation of a deletion request, email the privacy address above.
- Open Shopify Admin, then Settings and Apps and sales channels.
- Select Sned and choose Uninstall.
What deletion covers
A verified shop deletion removes active store credentials, catalog and inventory data, order metrics, connected Meta data, product decisions, settings, notes, action history, sync records, and related operational records, subject to limited information that must be retained for security, billing, dispute, backup, or legal purposes.
We will explain if anything cannot be deleted immediately and confirm when the request has been completed. Disconnecting or deletion does not delete information held independently by Shopify or Meta.
Shopper requests
Shoppers should contact the Shopify merchant they purchased from. The merchant can initiate the appropriate request through Shopify, allowing Sned to process a verified request without asking the shopper to send personal details directly to us.
